Yoga CLASSES

Having had an interest in yoga throughout her adult life, Pat began practicing more seriously 12 years ago. Her practice first led her to teacher training through YogaFit® where she completed two levels of their training before moving to more in-depth training in Embody Yoga® with Patty Townsend at the Yoga Center Amherst. Pat is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a member of Yoga Alliance. She continues to deepen her practice with study and on-going trainings.
