On-going Coaching
Your coaching sessions will be scheduled at your convenience on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
These on-going sessions will:
- Hold you accountable for the goals you have set
- Find strategies to overcome obstacles you meet along the way
- Identify what works best for you
- Offer you new information and ideas as needed
- Help you set on-going achievable goals as you continue on the road to peak energy and wellbeing
